DEPUTY MANAGER ROLE
Empowerment Plus are seeking applications for deputy manager role
based in Kerry County and Midwest and working under direction of
Midwest manager.
AREA: Kerry and Midwest Areas.
This is a role that will entail a certain level of remote working
however it is expected that the successful candidate will need to be
based and physically available to work in the Kerry area, and
preferably north Kerry.
CONTRACT TYPE: Fixed Term Contract ?further information on

ROLE INFORMATION
The Deputy Manager role is one that is centred on key
responsibilities, functions, and duties all which are focused on
supporting the Midwest manager in the delivery of services, the
coordination and management of the staff team, in meeting all our
stakeholders needs and building and developing our foothold in both
Midwest and Kerry area.
Applicants need to have strong communication skills, be able to
prioritise work, have positive relationship building skills and a
strong knowledge and understanding of our services
The deputy manager will have to support up the Midwest manager with
regards to the above responsibilities, functions, and duties and in
delivering and building service in Midwest and Kerry regions.
The role will involve some direct 1:1 work with clients.
The role will involve direct case management and supervision of staff.
The manager will work from home/ or an office base where appropriate.
